Scale marketing outcomes across the funnel.
  1. Working with marketing agencies

  2. Working with freelancers | 1. Writing themselves or working with non-specialist team members writing content

  3. Working with small marketing agencies/consultants | | Core problems statement of the aforementioned approaches to solving the current problems | 1. Hiring and training take a lot of time and outcomes are not guaranteed - as the skills of different content writers differ vastly and they may not be able to deliver the quality/ quantity in time.

An intense project may require a lot of content resources that may not be required after it ends.

2. Marketing agencies cost a lot, prefer to work in a retainer model. May not pick up project-based work or dedicate their best resources to it. A lot of time is wasted on briefing and iterations.

3. Freelancers may not be able to deliver in time after briefings. There is limited accountability. They may not know freelancers with the right skillsets. | 1. Content created is of low quality and their/ their team members’ bandwidth is choked for their own work.

  1. Marketing agencies/consultants are expensive and may lack the required expertise. |
